Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve 

Join the SWFL Section + Emerging Professionals for a Nature Walk along the scenic boardwalk trails of Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve on February 28th from 4–5 PM. This casual outing offers a chance to connect with fellow landscape architecture professionals while exploring one of Southwest Florida’s most iconic wetland ecosystems, observing native flora and fauna, and enjoying the unique experience of dusk in the slough — when birds can often be seen flying in to roost for the evening. The walk will be followed by a post-walk happy hour, providing additional time to network and unwind.
