Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received by June 1, 2018. Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued for written requests before June 29, 2018. Due to financial obligations incurred by FLASLA, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests after June 29, 2018. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. "No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Your registration may be transferred to another colleague if you provide written authorization. Any and all requests must be sent to mysti@flasla.org.
